Over time and with weakening of the forehead muscles, the eyebrows may drop over the eyes and lose their aesthetic appeal. Earlobe repair surgery corrects torn, stretched, or damaged earlobes caused by heavy earrings, gauges, or traumatic injuries. Dr. Cousins surgically restores the natural appearance of the earlobe. The procedure is typically performed in the office under local anesthesia with minimal downtime. The earlobe can be re-pierced approximately 6–8 weeks after full healing.

Blepharoplasty improves the appearance of the upper lids, lower lids, or both. With age, eyelids stretch and the muscles supporting them weaken — resulting in excess skin collecting on the upper lids, fine wrinkles on the lower lids, and puffiness above and below the eyes. Aesthetic rhinoplasty improves the appearance of the nose to enhance facial balance and symmetry. Patients may be unhappy with a nose that has a widened appearance, large or bulbous tip, or a "hump" or "beak" appearance. Small incisions are made on the inside of the nose so they are hidden. Sutures and cartilage from the nasal septum are used to reshape and contour the nasal framework to achieve the optimal aesthetic result.

Breast implant replacement involves removing existing implants and placing new ones — to address complications such as capsular contracture or rupture, to upgrade to a newer implant type, to change size or profile, or simply to replace aging implants. Dr. Cousins will evaluate the current implant and pocket condition and recommend the best approach including any necessary pocket adjustments or capsule work to achieve the desired result.

Breast reduction or reduction mammaplasty removes excess breast fat, glandular tissue, and skin to achieve a breast size more proportional to your body and to alleviate discomfort from overly large breasts. Symptoms such as neck pain, back pain, skin irritation, bra strap grooving, and difficulty exercising can all be addressed. Breast reduction consistently ranks among the highest-satisfaction plastic surgery procedures. Many cases are partially or fully covered by insurance.
